Conditions of Use
Ownership does not automatically permit the reproduction or projection of the compositions contained on the CD-ROM (other than those in public domain) unless the organisation holds a current Christian Copyright Licence. If the organisation is not a licence holder, the compositions may only be reproduced with the express permission of the publisher/copyright owner. Licence Agreement
Warning: copyright law protects our computer programs. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, decompiling, or reverse engineering of any of our programs, or any portion of any of our programs may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. The standard licence allows for installation of SongPro on two computers, which are owned/used by the same organisation. This arrangement is entirely for the convenience of leaders/organisers to help with planning. By installing and using this software you are agreeing to abide by the conditions of this licence. Event Licences, Site Licences, 3PC, 4PC, 5PC and Additional Preparation PC Licences for SongPro are available from Creation Software Limited only therefore not purchasable through any other company or third party.

Returns/Refund Policy
If you have purchased in error you can return the product to us unopened with no questions asked within 7 days for a full refund minus a £10 administration fee and the cost of carriage. Return carriage must be paid for by the sender, the returned goods must be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and in their original condition. If you have received your item/s damaged we must be informed within 7 days of placing your order then the damaged item/s must be returned to us, so that we can replace your order. Return carriage must be paid for by the sender. If your item is faulty you can return the product to us within 30 days for a new replacement, return carriage must be paid for by the sender. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please send any returns to: Returns, Creation Software Ltd, 5 Broom Close, Rugby, CV22 6SE. Recorded or guaranteed postage is recommended for returns, as we cannot accept any responsibility for items not returned/lost in the post due to a postal error. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after the time periods given above.

Item/s not received/lost in the post
If you haven't received your item/s ordered within the time period given we must be informed within 7 days of placing your order (UK) and within 12 days (international), we cannot accept claims if it is not reported within these time scales. Then extra time* must be allowed for delayed postage before we can re-send your item/s. You must correspond with Royal Mail or Courier service used about missing/undelivered items. Should your original item get delivered after you have received a replacement, you must return it to us** sealed and unopened within 7 days, failure to do so will result in a charge for the cost of the product.
*15 working days after despatched (UK) and 21 days after despatched (international).
** Recorded or guaranteed postage is recommended for returns, as we cannot accept any responsibility for items not returned/lost in the post due to a postal error.

Postal strike (UK only)
In the event of a UK Royal Mail postal strike, or shortly after one has taken place, if you have not received your items ordered within the time period given, we will need an additional 15 days on top of the time stated above to resolve the problem before we can compensate or re-send your item/s. We recommend selecting courier shipping when placing your order, which will be an available option during and shortly after such a time.
